Approval of a new gaming management agreement between the Rincon San Luiseno Band of Mission Indians (Tribe) and HCAl LLC which would govern operation of the expanded Harrah's Rincon Casino & Resort (Rincon Casino). The scope of the EA includes the continued operation of the existing facilities as well as the operation of the current expansion which is anticipated to be complete in March 2014.
