A CUP/Coastal Development Permit for a graduate school and convert a 3,893 sf barn and a 1,180 sf portion of a stable for graduate school uses. Students complete most of course work remotely, with periodic seminars. The site is primary used for office operations 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F. Onsite seminars max. 6 per year, 4-7 days per seminar, 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. No more than 10 people attending.
