Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number 1600-2017-0155-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Richland Developers (Permittee), as represented by Mr. Brian Hardy. The Project includes the development of 292 Single Family Low Density Residential lots with a density of 1.07 dwelling units per acre (du/ac) and supporting infrastructure within Tentative Tract Map 36544. The Project site consists of two (2) areas. The area north of Mabey Canyon will include 45 Single Family lots and the area to the south of Mabey Canyon will include 247 Single Family lots. The Project will be built in three phases; however, all grading and placement of drainage infrastructure will be completed during the initial phase.
