Document Description
A Conditional Use to allow an emergency medical heliport on top of the lower two-story emergency department/intensive care unit building of the West Hills Hospital Medical Facility; AND A Zone Variance to allow an emergency medical heliport to be at approximately the same height as the existing adjacent mechanical penthouse parapet (approximately 46 feet); to allow the extension of the existing elevator penthouse from a height of 48 feet to 58.8 feet; and to allow the installation of two 22-foot high wind-cone assemblies to be located on top of the extended elevator penthouse of the lower two-story building (final building height of 81 feet) and on top of the adjacent six-story patient tower's mechanical penthouse resulting in an increase in height of the six-story building from 104 feet to 126 feet in the A1-1 Zone.
