Pursuant to Sections 12.24-W.23 & 12.27-A of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Conditional use Permit & Zone Variance to establish a roof-top emergency medical heliport on top of the approx. 2-story tower building of the emergency department/intensive care unit of the West Hills Hospital Medical Facility. The helipad would be the same height of the adjoining mechanical penthouse parapet. The existing elevator would be vertically extended to provide access to the helipad. Additionally, the helipad facility would require the inclusion of two, 22-ft. tall wind cone assemblies on top of the elevator penthouse and also on top of the adjacent 6-story medical building.
