CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0124-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Debra Russo, DAR RE Investments. The project is limited to filling and grading 392 linear feet of the Channel which is located near the western border of the project area. Project activities will consist of placing 32 cubic yards of soil material into the channel and associated channel grading as part of the overall 8-acre Discovery II residential development project.
