Document Description
The project involves the development of 8 acres of undeveloped land into a residential facility which will include ~48 single family residential housing units. Project activities include grading of the entire project site, excavation, trenching, roadway construction, installation of stormwater drainages and utilities, and stockpiling. The project site will be accessed during construction via Noonan Lane (paved road) onto an existing gravel road located along the northern boundary of the project site. Construction vehicles and equipment will be staged in the northwest portion of the project site.
