Document Description
Issuance of a Right of Entry permit and lease or other long-term encumbance instrument to the Yucaipa Valley Water District for installation of a shallow groundwater observation well, identified as OW-1, to monitor groundwater levels as part of a Habitat Monitoring Program for San Timoteo Creek. The site will be accessed monthly for data collection. The observation well is expected to be in palce for 20 years. The observation well's footprint will be a 4-foot by 4-foot square concete surface seal with a three foot high steel casing in the center.
