The project will place a Bonded Wearing Course Overlay (BWCO) on the existing highway travel lanes. The purpose of the project is to help preserve the roadway (preventative maintenance). Other work will include traffic striping/pavement delineator replacement, and placing new shoulder backing (SB) over existing SB.
