Ordinance relies on existing right under current Zoning Plan to construct, convert and maintain detached structures with utilities accessory to legal residence - no additional enviornmental effect; Construction of small structures accessory to a residnece such as a garage, storage building or greenhouse as contemplated in the Ordinance; Actions by law/code enforcement to implemen and enforce Ordinance; Ordinance provides new reguilations to asure protection of the environmental from known adverse effects from marijuana cultivation.
