Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal and replacement of the roof. The project building was built in 1975. The roof has passed its engineered life and is in poor condition. A wall between the upper and lower roofs will be constructed to cover an existing gap to avert further maintenance issues. The project will improve the work environment for DMV's staff and clients.
