Document Description
The proposed project is a right of entry permit (ROE) by which The Jankovich Company (Jankovich) will allow the District access to the Bunker Fuel Facility located at 1090 Water Street on the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal in order for Disrict, and its authorized contractor, to install, operate, inspect, maintain, and repair a security system on an existing light pole, together with related appurtenances. The ROE will commence on January 1, 2014, and terminate on April 30, 2015, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of Jankovich and District.
