Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal and replacement in kind of the existing built-up roof, associated flashing, gutters, downspouts, roll-up door trim, and roof joists damaged due to dry rot. Work includes the abatement existing asbestos siding between upper and lower roof. The project building was built in 1961. The project will improve the work environment, safety and functioning of the Greenhouse Complex.
