Document Description
THe project includes an agreement that is between the District, the Army Corps of Engineers, the City of Walnut Creek and Macerich Northwestern Associates (Culvert Agreement), regarding the culvert. The purpose of the project is to place the Culvert under local oversight and remove federal and District oversight over the Culvert, because, when the Culvert was bypassed by construction of the San Ramon Bypass, the Culvert was rendered unnecessary for the District's and the Corps' one hundred year flood-control protection purposes.
