Document Description
The proposed project involves resurfacing a portion of the parking lot serving the Best Western Plus Island Palms Hotel (hotel), as well as modifying an existing sidewalk and ramp adjacent to the parking lot in order to comply with American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The parking lot is in need of repair due to holes, cracks, depressions, and breaks that have formed over time on the asphalt. The project will consist of overlay, skin coats, or removal and replacement of damaged asphalt.
