Document Description
The proposed project involves an amendment to an existing sublease to FedEx at the Manchester Grand Hyatt for FedEx to operate a print and business center for the benefit of hotel guests. In 2011, the Board approved a management agreement that subleased the entire Manchester Grand Hyatt to HST San Diego HH LP. In 2012, HST San Diego HH LP and FedEx entered into a sublease; however, due to the short-term duration (i.e., less than 5 years) of the sublease, District consent of that sublease was not required.
