Document Description
State law allows ALUCs to charge for the cost of project reviews. Fees cannot exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing services. The ALUC has approved an update to its fee schedule last adopted in 1997. The fee schedule is for the purpose of meeting operating expenses incurred by the ALUC in providing its services.
