Document Description
The project consists of rezoning serveral parcels throughout the City that are currently zoned Limited Commercial and one parcel zoned General Commercial (GC) in order to make the zoning classifications on existing and planned comercial sites consistent with Title 23, Zoning, of the Elk Grove General Plan. Additionally, the Project includes an amendment to the Laguna Gateway Special Planning Area to remove five parcels from the SPA and rezone the affected parcels to MP.
