ICGSA provides sewage collection, treatment and disposal services to Gateway services area. The current wastewater treatment plant will be upgraded and expanded from a design treatment capacity of 0.10 MGD to 0.20 MGD to accommodate the addition of a 1,000-bed detention center and new GSA flows of 0.015 MGD.
