Document Description
Issue a right of entry (ROE) permit to the City of Clearlake to remove vegetation from a ditch on park property that provides an outlet for two storm drainages in the Highlands Harbor neighborhood to Cache Creek. It is proposed that the vegetation within the ditch would be cleared to ground level. Additional brush will be cleared to allow vehicle access adjacent to the ditch for the use of a chipper during ditch clearance and a truck to remove debris.
