Document Description
The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Foothilz Photographic, LLC (dba Vantage Point Global) (tenant) for their use of approximately 25 square feet on the northwest corner on the main roof of the District Administration Building located at 3165 Pacific Highway in San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusive for the purpose of installation and operation of a video camera and non-penetrating camera mount and for no other purpose whatsoever. The TUOP will be executed by January 13, 2014, and will terminate on May 14, 2016, for a total term of 28 months.
