Document Description
The State of California will transfer jurisdiction of the Patton State Hospital Water Tank Site to the San Manuel Indian Reservation. The project site is an irregular shaped rectangle parcel (APN #0285-181-41) containing about 1.33 acres of graded land, two one-million-gallon deactivated water tanks, and perimeter fencing. Under Government Code 14664, the director may sell properties that are not needed by the State at fair market value. The San Manuel Indian Reservation is the adjacent property owner.
