Document Description
The proposed project consists of the interior alteration of existing office space on the 11th floor of the CalTrans District 4 Headquarters Building. The building was built in 1991. The work consists of the demolition of some existing interior walls and the construction and installation of new partitions, doors, floorcovering; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning modifications to accommodate the new layout; and related modifications. The tenants will be relocating from existing leased space in San Francisco into surplus office space, thereby following administrative directives relating to the utilization of State-owned facilities (GC 14682) and State office consolidation (Executive Order B-17-12).
