SAA #1600-2013-0144-R5 - Remove and replace two Arizona crossings with two free span bridges designed for the 100-year storm event restoring access to 4.5 acre of historic steelhead habitat, removal of one two-foot-tall check dam that spans the creek, permanently create riparian habitat, revegetate all temporarily impacted areas, and perform exotic species removal and control.
