Document Description
The Locke Water Works Company proposes to complete the following tasks under the Planning/Feasibility Study: PReparation of the TMF requirements, identify and assess opportunities for water system consolidation; assess and analyze water treatment systems that can provide the required treatment to meet water quality standards at system water demands; perform pilot study to verify effectiveness of selected treatment methods, equipment, and to quantify final disign parameters, perform required land surveying for both design purposes and for assistance with land acquisition; perform required land surveying for both design purposes and for assistance with land acquisition; geotechnical engineering required to characterize site soils for construction of the new facilities; prepare CEQA documents for planned improvements to ensure compliance with CEQA and other State and Federal environmental requirements; and develop project plans depicting the construction of the selected water treatment facility including any associated facilities, improvements, and appurtenances.
