Document Description
The existing Permit to transfer and store used oil was issued by DTSC on October 19, 2007. The Permit Modification is to revise the current Permit to allow the Facility to accept used anti-freeze, under the waste codes 133, 134, and 135, and add 2,500 gallons of additional capacity to store used anti-freeze. Used anti-freeze would be stored in a 4,400 gallon tanker trailer. The total storage capacity at the Facility will increase from 10,000 gallons to 12,500 gallons (an increase of 25%).
