Document Description
The proposed project is a right of entry permit (ROE) by which Pier 32 Marina Group, LLC (Pier 32) will allow the Distric access to the property located at 3201 Marina Way in the City of National City in order for District, and its authorized contractor, to install, maintain, and remove two pieces of District-owned public art, known as "Helicold III" and "School of Blue Bottlenoses."The ROE will commence on February 1, 2014, and terminate on January 31, 2019, unless terminated earlier by sixty (60) days notice by District. The activities allowed under this ROE will not increase operations at the site.
