Document Description
The proposed project is the port of San Diego Big Balloon Parade, which will take place along Harbor Drive, at Embarcadero Marina Park North, and at Ruocco Park on December 30, 2013. The District will provide event sponsorship and financial assistance for the event, a holiday and a procession of large inflatable balloons. The day-long festivities will also include the 17th annual Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals and the 18th Annual Bumble Bee Foods 5K Run/Walk at Ruocco Park. The event has an expected attendance of over 100,000 people.
