Document Description
The project is limited to vegetation and berm removal within a 310 foot section of Sidney Gulch, downstream of the Memorial Drive/CD Loop Culvert, where it runs parallel to Highway 299. The channel is approximately 45 feet wide and the berm is 213 feel long and approximately 3 feet tall and 12 feet wide, running down the center of the channel. The berm and vegetation are causing flooding on neighboring downstream parcels and the vegetation is a safety hazard for vehicles entering the highway at this intersection. The project will have no significant effects on the environment.
