- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0364-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Richard Thomasser/ Napa County Department of Public Works. Approximately 6.57 acres and 3,450 linear feet of active grading and restoration actions will occur at Sites 15, 17-20. The project also includes approximately 10.49 acres of invasive vegetation removal along channel banks and upland areas where grading is not prescribed. The project will reuse as much earthen material (i.e. soil) as possible but approximately 31,123 cubic yards of earthen material will be disposed of off-site.
