Document Description
Sites 21, 22 and 23 (Group A) are the first construction phase of the larger Napa River Oakville to Oak Knoll Restoration Project. Group A of the Project extends on three separate parcels adjacent to the Napa River channel including a total of 4.7 acres. The project includes floodplain benching, secondary channel construction, bank stabilization, placement of in-channel structures, vegetation management, and comprehensive native plant revegetation. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0007-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Richard Thomasser, Napa County Department of Public Works.
