Note: Extended Review per lead The project includes earthmoving activities and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures associated with channel restoration activities along 4.8 miles of a 9-mile stretch of the mainstem Napa River. The purpose of the Proposed Project is to restore and enhance long-term river and floodplain functioning, improve the quality and resilience of aquatic and terrestrial riparian habitat, and reduce property damage and sediment delivery associated with ongoing bank erosion processes.
