The proposed project involves a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation for the property located at 1901 Russell Avenue from Public Institutional to Light Industry, consistent with the Light Industrial zoning district for the site. The proposed amendment would allow the existing industrial building located on the site to be leased for light industrial use. No new development is proposed at this time.
