The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0004-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Linda Dahl/Marin County Parks.
The project involves restoration and enhancement of salt marsh habitat in Hal Brown Park. The project will include three (3) main components: 1) culvert replacement; 2) restoring wetland habitat in degraded areas of the marsh; and 3) abandoning and restoring informal footpaths that are along the marsh fringe.
