YCCD proposes to acquire the subject site property prepared for development in an existing business park to construct two buildings including four classrooms for a total of 13,840 sf of space for educational use, including approximately 220 parking spaces, bike racks and outdoor open space. Attendance is not anticipated to exceed approximately 200 students. Specific building plans and specifications of the Project are under development.
