Document Description
The Project involves construction of secondary treatment at the WWTF by replacing the pond treatment with a nitrifying/denitrifying activated sludge process. Components will include a new influent pump station, and it will include new headworks with mechanical screening and flow measurement. Peak flows will be minimized with flow equalization provided by the construction of a post-secondary treatment equalization basin. Upgrade of piping and pumping capacities throughout the WWTF and disposal area will be completed as part of the proposed Project.
