A Lot Line Adjustment between three separate, legal parcels to result in Parcels A, B and C of 0.54 acres, 2.45 acres and 0.71 acres, respectively. Parcel A is currently developed with a two-bedroom mobile home, Parcel B with a three-bedroom residence, a shop, a garage and three barns and Parcel C with a shop. The existing residence on Parcel B will be located on resultant Parcel A following the Lot Line Adjustment. The existing mobile home on Parcel A will be removed and replaced with an approximately 1,400 sf manufactured home as a secondary dwelling unit. The purpose of the Lot Line Adjustment is for estate planning purposes. The parcels are served with water and on-site wastewater treatment systems.
