Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0329-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, The Edward and Loretta Biggs Revocable Trust, as represented by Mr. Eddie Biggs.
Project activities under this Agreement are limited to replacement of an existing headwall with a new concrete headwall with a fitted trash grate, installation of two (2) outlets from adjacent bio-retention swales into the side walls, removal of two existing pedestrian bridges, installation of one new clear-span pedestrian bridge, temporary dewatering of the channel if needed, and planting of riparian vegetation.
