Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0031-RX, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Eddie Biggs of Eddie Biggs Development. The Project is limited to the installation of a new concrete headwall at the downstream end of the existing channel on the southwest portion of the property located at 1715 Elm Street. The new headwall is 5 feet long, 10 feet wide, and 10 feet high and will have sidewalls trenched through the bank. Two previously existing pedestrian bridges will be removed and replaced by a single, clear-span pedestrian bridge. Temporary de-watering of the channel will occur using a cofferdam upstream and downstream of the work area using sandbags and water that will be pumped downstream.
