Document Description
The project proposes 14 new condominiums in a three-story structure with parking on the ground floor, and the renovation and relocation of the existing 1,065-sf, single-family detached house on another portion of the project site to provide a fifteenth living unit. The existing storm water channel will be maintained in its current location, and a small footbridge is proposed to cross the channel to provide access to the proposed common open space on either side. Permeable brick pavers, crushed granite walkways, natural turf, and a stone seat-wall are proposed along with edible garden plantings (fruit trees and herbs), drought-tolerant plant species, and seasonal flower displays.
