Document Description
NSA Wireless, Inc., representing Verizon, proposes to construct a new telecommunication facility (a 123-foot monopine with six new panel antennas, installed within two sectors (3 antennas per sector) at a height of 115 feet above ground level and associated equipment including a 12-foot by 16-foot wireless equipment shelter near the base of the tower, a 48kw generator, and a 499-gallon propane tank within a 1,203 sf lease area. The lease area will be enclosed with a 10-foot retaining wall and topped with a 3-foot chain link fence and barbed wire. Numerous mitigation measures have been developed and added to the project to ensure that no wildlife will be negatively impacted during construction and operation of the facility.
