Document Description
The Dowdell Avenue Extension project is a proposed 2-lane roadway extension that would run through portions of each of the three parcels (APNs: 143-040-073, 143-040-111, and 143-040-064) in the 19.0 acre Study Area located in Northwest Rohnert Park. The road extension would extend from Business Park Drive at the intersection of Business Park Drive and the south end of Dowdell Avenue to a point 760 feet to the south. The extension would provide a connection via Dowdell Avenue from Business Park Drive south to Martin Avenue. The project's total area of disturbance would be approximately 51,680 sf (1.19 acres), of which 36,480 sf (.84 acres) would be paved.
