Laguna Commons Associates, LP proposes to demolish two single-family residences and develop Laguna Commons, an affordable and supportive housing project. Laguna Commons, an affordable and supportive housing project. Laguna Commons as proposed is an approximately 65,100 sf, 64-unit, 4-story wood-frame building, with a 64-space surface parking lot. Common areas located on the ground floor include a community room, laundry room, computer room, management offices, services offices, tenant storage rooms, and locked bike storage. Laguna Commons will provide housing for very low-income individuals and families, and extremely low-income income individuals and families that are homeless, or are at risk of homelessness.
