Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0154-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Rancho Murieta Community Services District. The project is limited to the addition of approximately 400'x24" diameter raw water pipeline. The pipeline will start at an existing connection to the Lake Chesbro Dam outlet pipe, located in a vault on the southeast corner of the property near Clementia Reservoir, and will extend north and east to the opposite side of the property. The pipeline will be buried underground and will pass through an existing asphalt paved crossing over the top of an existing inlet drainage to Clementia Reservoir near an existing box culvert. In addition to the pipeline, two oak trees approximately 28 and 14" in diameter will be removed from the riparian area of the unnamed stream.
