Document Description
One of the seven mandated elements of the CA General Plan. Housing element law, enacted in 1969, requires that local governments adequately plan to meet the existing and projected housing needs of all economic segments of the community. The project proposal is to adopt a comprehensive update to the Housing Element of the City of Isleton General Plan for the Planning Period of January 31, 2014 to October 31, 2023. This update to the Housing Element contains revised and expanded housing policies and programs, as well as new quantified housing objectives.
