Present Land Use
1. Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) improvements, including installation of new fine mechanical screens, a high efficiency aeration system, denitrification process upgrades, and pons system enhancements. There would be no increase in plant capacity.
2. Various repairs and replacements of existing water and wastewater pipelines throughout the City of Woodland.
