A second distinct location occurs on I-580 between the Eden Canyon Road Undercrossing and the Strobridge Avenue Undercrossing in Alameda County. The project will also meter and rehabilitate 12 existing on-ramps, two of which will be widened to provide for a High Occupancy vehicle preferential lane or Mixed Flow Lane, Maintenance Vehicle Pullouts and CHP pullouts.
