The project will incur 32.50 acres of temporary impacts, and 6.25 acres of permanent impacts to California tiger salamander and Alameda whipsnake habitat. To offset impacts, the Permittee will provide 54.5 acres of Covered Species habitat mitigation. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of project implementation.
