Note: AB 900 Application - No State Agency Review. 8150 Sunset Blvd is a mixed-use commercial and residential in-fill project, consisting of 249 apartment units (28 of which are affordable housing units) and 111,339 sf of commercial retail on 2.56 acres, replacing an at grade surface parking lot and at retail mix of fast-food, coffee shops, check casing and storage facility. The project will encourage pedestrian traffic by increasing open space, specifically 9,134 sf of public space, 34,050 sf central plaza, public rooftop deck/garden areas, ample parking, electric vehicle charging stations, short and long term bicycle parking 985 spaces. Residential includes lobby, recreation room, fitness center, business center, changing rooms, library and wrap-around landscaped terrace on the fourth floor.
