Document Description
Aera Energy is proposing to construct and operate up to thirty natural gas steam generators within their existing Light and Heavy Oil Western Stationary Sources located in the Belridge Oilfield, Kern County, CA. The District has received two ATC application packages. The first application package covers the installation of a single "pilot" 100 MMBtu/hr oilfield stream generator (OSG). The second ATC application package would allow installation of either 29-85 MMBtu/hr OSG or 26 - 100 MMBtu/hr OSG, but not both. The OSGs are planned to be installed at three separate sites from six potential locations.
